I note that you are still receiving emails because members can't access certain pages. It might be because of their browser. I would recommend in your response that you inform them what browsers are mainly supported. I now use Motzilla and not my AOL to access and the problem went away for me.

I usually do mention AOL issues when I see an AOL email address, but not always.
