    The "you are not authorized" message appears when the system thinks you are not logged in; however, the RSS feeds are essentially in a "test" state -- we "inherited" that feature and have never verified that it is working. Once we can get the more pressing issues addressed (e.g. font sizes, login timeout, back button), then we'll make another pass for features like this that have been "left out".
