A little Mayo/Parmesan and Swamp Venom.
Paste first then Italian Bread crumbs.

400 indirect until done.

Awesome Mike! I did salmon tonight too!!..I did it planked and used a orange juice/bourbon/ soy sauce marinade..added planked mashed taters and grill asparagus..had this meal once before and had to have it again!!
