Cooking Brisket and Butt

I've only done one brisket on my egg so far and it went over great. This weekend is my next test. I'm planning on trying to do both a brisket and a butt at the same time. How does this affect the cooktime? I'm cooking the butt over the brisket with a grid extender, just for reference. This brisket is the same size as my last one, 12.3 lbs, and that one took about 20-21 hours. If I add the butt to this one, how much will it affect the overall cook time??
