<p />Here's lil' composite shot of those tasty clams I Egged last week.[p]I first rendered out some bacon fat (too much in this case!) I'm sure that this was the only time that any smoke entered the dish, as the clams were only on there a few minutes.[p]You can get more details in my earlier post, if you dare.[p]By the way, This recipe also left me with some yummy double smoked bacon for my BLs! (I dont much care for tomato(e)s you see)[p]Good eatin' all,
