Question about porcelain cooking surface

I just bought a porcelain-coated fish/veggie thingy, and I would like to know how to use it and minimize sticking. I guess it isn't non-stick, so you should oil the fish? And does it help to pre-heat the cooking surface to avoid sticking?[p]Thanks!

I always spray mine with pam first,then put in in the dishwasher when i finish cooking.
