Can anyone tell me what a tri-tip is and how to cook it on the Egg?

Tri-Tip is hard to find around here (Wash, DC). Most meatcutters don't know what it is. If they do it isn't a normal cut and will have to be cut special. Also, not cheap, same as sirloin.[p]http://www.orbeef.org/tritip-brochure.htm
