Short Memory - Hungry for Pork Butt

It's been about 6 months since I've cooked a pork Butt - I've had some good ones, but I can't remember the best way to do these things! Could someone out there refresh my memory, and maybe give me some tips on how to make this the best ever?
- Do y'all wrap these in foil when they get to about 165 or so?
- I've never tried Firebricks for Pork Butt - does the indirect method work better?
- How hot do you get the internal temp?
- What's the recommended Egg Temp?

Charro,[p]Firebricks add more things into the Egg that slowly absorb heat, adding to the time necessary to when you actually have control of the cooking temperature. I do cook indirectly as the meal does tend to produce lots of juices and I want to avoid drying the bottom of the meat. Cooking over a drip pan serves the purpose well, catching the dripping while insulating the meal from the direct heat of the (small) fire.[p]Spin[p]
