Let me tell ya, they were goooooood. I made a slight change, also left out the bread crumbs.
Mini did the spud cookin while the large was busy with pork loin and a split chicken.

Drizzled with Fox Point seasoning infused garlic butter, virgin olive oil and a 'touch' of sour cream ploped on top with a twist of cracked pepper. Yummmmmmm.
