Forgot to ask in my last post,

Is the BGE pizza stone good quality, or is there another brand favored here? I thought I read something about a stone that fills up the large egg better than the BGE model?????

I think it one of the better ones out there that you could buy.Nice and thick won't crack like most of the other ones on the market. It should be your first choice and don't even think of checking out the Mart type of stores to look cause most all of it is junk.Soapstone is great but three times more expensive as the Egg stone.Have had two of the Egg stones for four years and are in fantastic shape.

I agree. I had a Pampered chef Stone and it did not survive in the Egg.
