Tonight- marinated flank steak Tex-Mex

Had a nice flank steak marinating overnight in chipotle & adobo sauce with some oil, garlic, brown sugar, pepper and red wine vinegar- was looking forward to some fajitas:

Did a sear TRex style and let it sit while getting back to 400 dome for finish & veggies:

Done to perfect medium. Final shot shows it all put together- tortilla, some homemade tomatillo salsa, refried black beans, and some veggies- ready to throw down!
