If you haven't tried salmon this way, I encourage you to do so. SeeRockCity's recipe is easy and transforms salmon into an unbeliveable snack or appetizer. I'm smoking this today and will foodsaver and serve chilled next Saturday. Please come by and try a chunk!

Thanks B-B. The reason I doubted my success, is that I could not see my picture in the preview, and I still cant see them in any view on the forum. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks. We are not sure about arrival time on Friday as our children have something they can't miss at school. This is one event that my whole family loves. The food is ridiculous. the park is one of the best in Florida. Look forward to meeting you guys asap! Scott
