Well it was 70 degrees today but now its 40 with the wind blowing 20 mph and forcast of 1 to 5 inches of snow. Let me explaine. In my part of the world, South Ark., 1 inch of snow causes us to turn on the radio and await instructions form the emergency brodcast radio station! Planing to do a brisket, beer butt bird and some other odds and ends this weekend. During heavy rain my "Smoke Shack" gets a small creek running threw it so I decided to do a pre-emtive strike to stem the flow and dig a trench around the shack. Well in my glee I forgot that my h20 supply to the Shack is supplyed via underground h20 hose. Yep, you guessed it: One clean cut hose. :pinch: OK it hadn't started snowing so off to Home Depot to get a splicer. Well one row over is the gasser section. I know I shouldn't be there but just like those certain web sights I just had to peak. Lookie hear. 13 bucks and no more shrimp or vegs burning on the lump. Stainless steal so toss in dish washer and handle folds up. Not as nice as Jeffersonian's but it will work. Just hope I can make it out to the Egg threw the 2 inch snow to start the brisket!

O.K.
My wife is right, I have to go to bed earlier. -
Hey JL,
Thanks for the tip--I'm in the market for a wok basket that'll fit in the egg, and all that I've been able to spot recently are the square ones. I think that I'd like to get one like yours with a wider base section. Guess I'm off to HD tomorrow. -
Yep, The weird ones are out this late!

Hay Mike, They had all kinds of pans there as well as grill lights and grids. Pretty cheap.

yeah...but the copper is more 'purdy'  ..haha...j/k...nice snag!

Love that damn bird!
With all the recent talk about those grill wok things I'm thinking I'm gonna get one!
I have the fish and veggie grid, but it's kind of awkward using the rectangular grid on a round Egg. Plus, it doesn't clean up as easily as I thought it would.
Dishwasher safe is the way to go! -
Big Green Bird!
Sittin by the Big Green Egg!
Seems like there should be another step (off the pan, and in the egg).
BTW, I bought the same type holy wok.
Found the handle to be cumbersome, so I took a pair of bolt cutters and cut it off.
Works great and fits in the egg wonderfully.
I use my grill gripper (not sure that's the correct term), to lift and move it. Works great.

Yea, The handle had a wood splint between the handle rails that I removed so it wouldnt burn in the Egg and throw in the dish washer. An't as pretty as copper but cheaper and I want a Small Egg bad. If Eggtucky would be alittle more specific about where he lives I thank I know a way to get my small then I could afford a nice copper one! :P
