Seth Howard,
oh yeah, it is wrapped in bacon. mmmmmmmm good
-
Seth Howard,[p]That sounds like a pork loin - not a tenderloin. The tenderloins are small and normally about a pound or 1.5 lbs. They take about 45 min at 350° and internal is about 150-155°.[p]Pork loins often cook longer and indirect or the outside will get pretty dark going direct. Let us know for sure what hunk of meat you are working with.[p]

Mit,
it was one of those packe that has two tenderloins together, i tied them up and wrapped them in bacon, total weight 2,25 lbs.
-
Seth Howard, just popped the same thing on my BGE - at 350 degrees, I usually plan on 35-45 minutes for 160.[p]Life is GOOD!
-
Seth Howard,[p]Ahh, I cook mine single, not tied together. I pull them off the Egg around 152-155° internal temp. [p]
