Nothing special, just a meatloaf. Saw a post earlier today of a meatloaf and was inspired, so I made this using extremely lean home-ground ground round and store-bought ground veal. I used the left over corn from dinner as well. The first pic below is for freezing and the second is the one I sampled (I ate abou 25% of it) and was designated for dinner.

I used Guava wood and absolutely loved the flavor. The only problem is that I don't have the wire meatloaf pan (and the owner of the specialty kitchen supply store I stopped at on the way home hade never even heard of then (never heard of the SuperPeel either)).

Does anyone have the link of the website where one can order the wire meatloaf pan (I know it has been posted umteen times, but once more won't hurt...).
