Pig candy/Blues Hog?

Have a pound of thick sliced bacon (Farmland) so thought I might try doing some Pig candy but was thinking of a thin layer of Blues Hog finishing sauce & rum at the end.

Now does that sound good??? If not, I can always drink the leftover rum while thinking of plan B. :lol::lol::lol:
