Acessing My Profile

I am still having problems using my handle and/or seeing my profile. I have only been able to do it once this week and it reverts back to not authorized to view or says I have to login to see. I even try to login on that page but the message comes up

I Know I am logged on and my handle shows me to be on line. I do know others can see my profile as they are able to send be emails to my email address..

All I can think of at this point is that you may be experiencing problems because of AOL. Are you using IE or FireFox or some sort of AOL specific browser? We do not specifically support AOL's proprietary browser (if that's what it is). We do not have the budget, or the time, to set up test environments for every browser version out there. We've worked to support IE, FireFox and Safari. And even with these, there are a couple of issues left for us to resolve.

I log on to the web using AOL but I do not know if I have any specific browser that I am using. As far as I know the few times I was able to access by profile I was using the same browser.

again any assistance or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the tip. I now use Firefox for access to the Forum
