another use for a Nu Temp wireless

This is WAY off the BBQ topic, but yesterday we set a new record of 86°. When I got home the house was warm and stuffy. I thought we could get by without turning the A/C on just yet so I opened the upstairs windows to cool off our bedrooms. After just one trip up there to check on the cooling off process I thought "hey dummy...let the Nu Temp do the monitering for you". By 10:30 time to turn in it was still too warm up there (according to Nu Temp) so I gave up and cranked down the A/C but it had saved trips up to check.

    kat,
Since day 1, when I`m not actually cooking with it, I use it to monitor outdoor air temp and it also tells me inside temp on the same display. It`s great before leaving the house in the morning to already know the temp before you even open the door.[p]Wess
