I'm sure it has been covered in the past, but does someone have the Dummies guide to all-purpose brining? I've never tried it, and would like to see how this method affects the meat before/after a cook. I guess it works on all kinds of meat -- beef, poultry, etc?[p]Thanks, mucho.[p]Wazoo
