Brenda, you and your Boys have done a great job helping get the word of the Big Green Egg out into the public eye. Probably more than any others.

3 years ago I set out to expose my beautiful state of California to the Big Green Egg as well. California is Kamado country for the most part, but we are making great strides and our ever growing Eggfest is a true measure of our success in doing so.

I feel one of the many features this great gathering of forum users gave our regional Eggfest was great exposure to new potential Eggers. The ones that lurk and find out that an Eggfest is being held nearby and they should go check it out. They hear the stories the wonderful world of Eggdom hear on your (our) BGE Forum. Once we got them there we had them, taste the food, see the passion...they didn't have a chance to say no. LOL

I have wanted and waited for the new forum for some 3-4 years now...thought it would never actually happen. Now it is here and thanks to all your hard work. Kudos to you all.

I feel the Eggfest banners should be flown front and center as before, I have a hard time even finding them as they rest now. Aren't we shooting ourself in the foot by not continueing to use this great forum as our best marketing tool?

Of course posting several times a month to remind everyone is a doable task in itself. But I feel we may lose the new potential Egger if we don't allow some prime placement for our colorful Eggfest banners. I think there isn't a better sight to see than when we are inside our Eggfest season and we had 4-6 banners flying over this great forum.

Okay I'm gonna step off the ole soap box now, but please give it some thought and let me know if I can help in anyway.

We are working on adding more Eggfest banners to the new site. Worry not, they will be there.

I would really like to see the Eggfest banners front and center as well. And not just because i organize one of the fests. Even before I did that, I loved seeing the banners, seeing when the fests were, how they got closer, trying to figure if I could get to them, etc.
