I tell ya - you have to try Mrs. Dogs new Chipotle Salt. That stuff works wonders! It even kicks up the taste of pizza! Take a gander at her site.

When do mine for an hour I'm cookin them at 500, indirect. Skins get burnt but the insides are perfect!

Looks good. Saved it , alot of interesting spices to go with the DP and others. Think I'm gonna need more storage space :( .

My father was right about almost everything and he said if you wrap a potato in foil, it's steamed, not baked. Here's a link to help you out:

Baked Spuds -- Sweet 'n Simple
Wash the Spuds, dry-'m-off
Stick 'em a bunch-a times
Apply EVOO
Salt 'em down -- pretty heavy. Any extra salt will just fall off, so don't woory about too much!
Put 'em on the Egg, any grill, direct or indirect, any temp
The lower the temp, the longer ya gotta bake 'em.
Turn 'em over...
Pull when ya can poke 'em...
Real butter, now -- none-a that "m"-stuff...
Eat 'em!
Best ya ever had!
