Reheating Leg of Lamb - please help
I followed a recipe on Leg of Lamb - 41/2lbs - cookin it at 350 - it is now 145 deg internal temp, but I won't be ready to serve it for 4 hours! I wrapped it in foil and put it in an insulated cooler. Do I slice it first then reheat, or reheat then slice? - What is the best way (temp and time) to reheat under either method? Thanks in advance

JB,
If you wrapped it in foil and then put it in a cooler, (be better to wrap in a towel also) but... It will still be piping hot when you open it up so dont worry about re-heating it.. [p]

Q.N.E. tyme,
Let me add this... Would have been a good idea to first wrap in some plastic wrap, then in foil.. Wont melt.[p][p]Dylan
