Pig Candy Then country ribs

Life is good B)B) . First the pig candy for the first time then old reliable country ribs. The beer was cold, the ribs were great,life is good. Ribs were indirect at 250 dome for 2 1/2 hrs. Rubbed with Fat Fred's then sauced for the last 30 min. Lord take me now cause it don't git no better. (just kidding Lord, got a bunch more cooking to do :whistle: )
