Excellent pics! I like the one with the column of light coming in through the top...Oh yeah--the food looks great, too!
-
How much did it cost you to have someone shotoshop the background? We all know everything is white this time-a year!

Yum! [I mean the scenery!]

This is home in Monterrey, México!!!! S :woohoo: now is not in our dictionary

Your "Hace frio" becomes our...
Hace mas color de cinco mil diablos de a caballo!
Especially in August! -
Great looking pics! What is your recipe for the bananas Van Gogh? I may have to make some of that tonight.
-
Get some bananas with a little green on them (firm), Slice them in half longways, add sliced butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, (and/or tequila) & pecans. Stabilize the Egg at 500°, leave for 8 min. If using direct heath make sure you have a thick stewpot or similar. If using indirect ( plate setter) any normal pot will do. Serve with vanilla or any other tropical falvoured ice cream. The name Van Gogh comes .from my pot which only has one ear. ENJOY!!!
-
very similar to bananas foster. sounds great!
nice HUGE beefs there too! i love those spotlight photos also -
why cant I view your pics???
-
wrong view,my mistake, now i can see them just fine, very nice
-
OMG were are you? what a beautiful spot! The foods not bad either. Janet
-
so what secret view do you need to use? i tried 'classic', 'flat', and 'threaded'.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante

the images he posted are 1024 pixels wide and do not show up in wide view. use 'not-wide' view
-
We live about 20 miles south of Monterrey, northeast México, at the foot of the Eastern Sierra Madre, on top of a mountain and in the middle of a big canyon called "The Huajuco" after the chief indian who first defeated the spanish in this region ....hahaha. ....
-
Sorry to bother you with this Rick...How can I make them wide view???? I can view them full page direct from "My Images". Thanks
-
wide view is a viewing option for this forum. any images posted that are 1024 pixels wide do not show up in wide view.
800x600 pixel images are resized by the forum to 620 pixels wide in all views except wide view.
here's how to get to the wide view:
once again... i am begging the moderator to post the image posting rules! it is driving me CRAZY... er :S -
Excellent pix Beli and GREAT lookin stuff!!...those pix with the sun shining through the opening in the dome are awesome!! Good Eats!!
-
Wide view check......
-
Sorry Rick that pic just is not up to your usual crystal clear even artistic looking photographs...shame on you!!
-
view it in wide view and it'll look better.
all my photos are posted at 800 pixels wide and i do not want the forum to resize them to 620 pixels. i've brought this issue up several times, but the moderator ignores me. maybe i'll just stop posting images altogether. -
C´mon Rick.......cheer up!!!!!.........there are many more interesting things than rezise photos in this forum...........or.......aren´t there???
-
No! Don't do that..your photos are a model to me of how crappy mine are..I'm working on it..but gotta long way to go!!...seriously though..I hear ya bout some of the quirks on this forum..wish they would invest a lil money and get it up to current standards... :pinch:
-
:silly:
-
holy crap.
i did not realize that each of these views exists in wide/unwide.
oy.
whatta fargin mess.....
there should be "classic, wide" for the older farts like me that are used to the old layout, and "flat" for the gen-X hipsters.
but the plurality of options is so wide, it's no wonder many of us are confused.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
i really do not understand WHY there is the non-wide option. all the photos look so much better when the forum does not smash them to view at 620 pixels as it does in the non-wide views. uneccesary.
i use wide/classic myself there stiko :P -
i don't unnerstand why you can't see the biggest pics in the biddest view.
the guys have their hands full, though. i wish BGE would realize the value of this place and soak WMK with a little cash to get it running solidly, steada waiting til they can find time.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -

I'm just used to point and shoot to bring up the photos. How do you get to see these pictures? What do I have to do? -
Now that I posted my question the pictures showed up with my last posting.
-
Upload them to photobucket, then select the photo or photos you want to post in the forum (select the img option in each photo in photobucket), then paste them in your post on the .forum
