SeaBass with "Ragin' River" and EVOO. Tail on shrimp marinated in EVOO/Minced Garlic/Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper. Cooked direct at 400 for about 8min. per side on the bass and about 8 min. total on the shrimp. Served with egged Baked Potatoes. Fantastic to say the least. The pan is a Stainless steel "Weber" brand that fits just perfect in the large egg.
