Just bought my BGE a few weeks ago. So far, so good! Baby back ribs turned out pretty good. Briskett turned out good too! Looking forward to a great summer of good eating! I credit my beginners luck to the knowledge gained here on the forum. Keep up the good work. Maybe I can add some value some day.
