I think I liked these! LOL they egged at 250 from 9am to 5 pm. basted about every hour or so with sauce. drip pan with apple juice and some old wine. cooked up dark on the outside and moist and falling of the bone. but there was a little beef fat left in them and not sure it it was good or just OK. we ate them all so could not have been to bad. Hubby was pulling a transmission on one of his toys so missed the last basting or he would have pulled them about 4. I guess I will just go with OK and maybe do them again, but maybe not. :huh: looked pretty. left the camera at work so no pics. sorry. Julie
