Absolutely The Baby Backs Ever
Trout Bum
Posts: 343
Did 2 racks of baby backs today and they were the best I've ever done. Tender, moist, fall off the bone and just perfect.
Used the following method:
Marinated for 24 hours in a mixture of 1 cup each of butter milk and mustard and 1/2 cup of JJ's rub
Cooked indirect at 250 degrees for 1 hour
Cooked indirect at 325 degrees for 2 hours, flipping/rotating and spraying with apple juice every 1/2 hour
Cooked indirect for 1/2 hour basting with my favorite BBQ sauce.
Incredible!!!!!!
