Thanks To The Pulled Porkers.
To the Pulled Porkers.
Did my first pulled pork.
Cooked for 24.5 hours at an average dome temp of 235-240.
Meat temp got hung at 168-174 for hours just like I read it would.
In the end it went up to 203 degrees.
Great barbeque.I have been reading about pulled pork on this forum for a long time, and it cooked exactly as you all said it would.
Very happy with the results.
Thanks....[p]GaryJ
