Lamb

Ok..Here goes. We have a rack of lamb that I trimmed and rubbed down earlier this afternoon with Penzey's Lamb Seasoning. I then immediatley sucked it up with the FoodSaver in a casserole dish.
This is our first try with lamb. Wish us luck. We are going for 15 minutes on each side at about 350. Is this too much? Thanks!
