Baked Potatoes

My guess is 2.5-3 hrs.It usually takes me an hour or more at 300.
-
Thanks, Doug. I will give it a try for about 3 hours. Have you had any success with brining them?
-
I brined some potatoes a few weeks ago and they turned out great, but then I roasted them for 1 hour at 400 degrees. I've never slow cooked a baking potato. The Naked Whiz

Thank you, Jeremy. What brining recipe did you use?
-
I have also never tried slow cooking.Three hours is only a guess.I haven't tried brining them either, but am always willing to try something new.Maybe next weekend.
-
BTW,If they're not ready when the meat is,you can always finish them in the microwave.

Thanks Doug....I will eggsperiment and post the results later tonight.
