I just got done prepping my Turkey and it is in the frig overnight. Plan to put it on my BGE tomorrow afternoon to be done in time for supper. Anyway, the recipe calls for salt and pepper prior to the fire. but i am thinking maybe some dizzy pig. Any thoughts - what has worked best for you eggperts. I am doing Dr. BBQs Sherry/Butter Turkey. Or should i just stick with the salt and pepper?

Don't get me wrong here I am all for a good dose of DP, but if you can find it get Bell's Seasoning. Comes in a yellow box.
