Uh.... yes and no. Found one and then modified it and finished with my own. Real easy...for 10 lbs of wings.
1. Par boil wings in Apple Cider vinegar for 10 minutes. Drain and discard.
2. Butter, Lemon Pepper, Montreal Chicken seasoning, RED WINE vinegar (1/2 bottle) enough to mix wings thoroughly.
3. Par boil 5 minutes. Drain and SAVE, will use for basting.
4. Indirect cook, 250 degrees for 2.5 hours. Flip every 30 mins or so.
5. Switch to direct last 30 minutes OR bump temp up to 350 indirect.
6. Baste with saved solution often.
Enjoy! -
Looks great. Just butter and fresh garlic on the vegs? What about chop sause? Come on Phil!! Details!!!

Chops were easy... favorite dry seasonings and finish with Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce... oh, all done over Mesquite chunks.

Looks GREAT Phil..I've had that lemon pepper wing recipe and it rocks!..looks like the
Faulkner recipe....makes me hungry jus lookin at em! thanks for the pix! -
Yeah that's it, I tried the par boil and it works great. If you want to make them hot (which is out of this world), when the wings are done, put them in a bowl and pour on the Texas Pete and stir them up! I don't cook with the hot sauce on them.
