Fatties are the best!

Polished off the last of the fatties from my last cook...those things are great! I tried eating some non-smoked sausage, and there was just something missing. I really like that you can slice what you want really thin, and it still pops with all the flavor like when it first came off the grill.

I think that I'll do some more again this weekend so that there'll be a nice supply for breakfast during the week.

I could not agree more. They are one of the easiest things to do on the BGE...and you can fix them SOOOO many ways..... :P

I keep a supply of sausage in the freezer for just that reason.

Basically a log of bulk pork or beef sausage, some times stuffed with things like cheese and peppers, sometimes coated with spice, and slow cooked.
