Fatties are the best!

Polished off the last of the fatties from my last cook...those things are great! I tried eating some non-smoked sausage, and there was just something missing. I really like that you can slice what you want really thin, and it still pops with all the flavor like when it first came off the grill.

I think that I'll do some more again this weekend so that there'll be a nice supply for breakfast during the week.
