pineapple?

i have NEVER grilled pineapple but have heard it is very tasty how do i do this? doi coat them in anything? thank you

Vegas Slim,[p]I saw a couple of migrant farm workers near Watsonville, Ca. doing something interestin' with pineapple. They were taking fresh slices and coating them in chile powder and chowing down. I took it one step further by grilling the coated slices really hot and fast. Wow, what a kick in the teeth! You really gotta like spicy food to try this. Not bad tasting, but really hot. If you're the adventerous type try it out with a few slices.[p]--Kevin
