I am going to cook my first brisket and I need to know what temp. I should cook the meat. There are several recipes on the site, but they all seem to have conflicting information regarding temperature. Any advice is welcome...

250 dome. Pretty much used for all lo 'n' slow cooking.
Meat should be 200 internal when pulled.
