Hello, I've been mostly lurking for a few years since I sold my egg. Since then I retired after 30 years at the old job and I got a job at a bbq store in Kansas City. It's the perfect job for me. I get to talk about bbq all day and cook lunch on a large Big Green Egg out on the sidewalk. I might even start using eggs when I do competitions this year.
