I know this topic has been discussed at length, but was there ever a concensus? When a recipe says 225*, is that grid temp or dome temp?[p]Just wondering.[p]John

WJS,[p]I believe that it is generally accepted here on the forum that quoted temps are as per the dome mounted thermometer. Although the actual grid temp will be a little lower, dome temp are a more consistant reference point.[p]KennyG

KennyG,[p]Are you coming to Eggfest this year? If not, will you at least be available via cell phone? Or maybe live via satellite?[p]Later,

Bill,[p]Thanks for the kind words! I had a couple of challenging months to get through which required a sabbatical. Should be back with an attitude shortly.[p]K~G
