No knife brisket
My first brisket in the BGE...10 lb, Choice, 12 hrs, indirect, 200 F interior temp., 0 seasonings...just red wine in the pan & hickory wood chips...foil wrap 1 hr. at the end... and New Braunfels´ Smokehouse barbecue sauce...so tender & juicy we only used forks...knives were left at the table by friends...want to thank everybody who helped me at the forum yesterday...oh and really efficient....enough charcoal left to start a new fire.
