I'm already starting on the Superbowl food this evening. Here is the 15 lbs. of pork butt I picked up at Sam's this morning. Pretty decent price--$1.29/lb. Used Bone Sucking Sauce Rib Rub on one, and JH Pecan on the other. After these are done tomorrow morning sometime, I'll reload the cooker for some spare ribs. I was originally going to cook just the ribs, but the butcher was pretty cool over at Sam's and brought out a case of butts for me to choose from.

Question: Can anyone tell me the tricks to doing an overnighter on a Small BGE? I wanted to try to do a single 7-8 lb pork butt on the small without reloading any lump if I didn't have to...thanks in advance!

I'll have some finished pics sometime early tomorrow morning.
