Tried searching the archive and couldn't link to any of the hits. What are the cook times you've experienced. I've got one on right now .... smelling good. Trying cherry preserves with pecans.

    I made one last weekend and it took about 3 hours at 300°.
    I cooked it until the polder read 158°. This was well done and too done for my taste but I feed a 3 year old so I lean towards the side of caution. Check out the pics, it was very good. Froze half for when the new baby arrives and I don't have the time to cook all day.[p]Mark G
