Hope this works as a before and after. This puppy is our favorite and takes me about an hour to assemble, but it is worth the effort!
Here are the multiple layers:
Thin crust - the ONLY thing that I buy - otherwise all ingredients are freshly cut or grated.
Bruschettata oil
chopped garlic
my home made sauce
browned Italian sausage
smoked bacon pieces
fresh Mozzarella
Muenster cheese
Harvarti cheese
green pepper pieces
onion pieces
grated Romano cheese
sliced raw mushrooms
sliced black olives
and all this topped with grated Asiago!
Believe it or not we get two meals out of each of these creations!

VERY NICE

I LOVE Asiago, but have never put it on a pizza before. Again, I am inspired! Thanks.

YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!
cool slide show!
Any brand you like for the crust? -
Thanks!
For 8 years now we have been spoiled and complacent because a pizzera based in St. Louis supplies them to a St. Louis based grocery chain called Schnuck's which happens to have a store up here in central Illinois. My wife and I love their thin crusts and they run about $5 for a package of three that freeze well. -
your pizza looks great! jsut wish your pictures were the scratch and smell type though.
btw, it would appear that your slide show only consists of two pictures (at least that is all that played for me).
hsppy eggin

Good job! Za looks gooooood!

Yes - just a before egging pix on the metal peel with the golf club wrap for stability and then an after egging pix on the wooden peel. Of course you don't see I had one arm and one leg holding my wife back so I could take that after picture!!! Am I in trouble now?

You do have the technique of mixing up the different cheeses.I can see the oil on top of the pie with the mixture that you are using after it comes off of the egg.No need to sprinkle a dab of evoo on top of that pie.You have to try Pondering the Perfect Pizza Recipe for the dough it is really good.It was posted by Pharmeggist on January 25,2007 at 01:27:44 BEERS.

RRP - Man that looks good - Thanks for listing the ingredients - guess we won't get the sauce recipe - maybe?

Looks good! I am going to attempt pizza again this weekend. So far my dough success has been marginal.
