Browned up some chuck roast in the DO.


Added a package of Cin Chili, 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes, a can of beef broth, a diced onion, and some roasted poblano peppers. Put it in the Egg, should be done around dinner time. -RP

Oooohhhh....Randy, that looks really good! Cindy would be proud of you. I hope she knows how much we eggheads use her product. It's a really good base to add to, isn't it?....if you watch the salt....keep up the good work. By the way, I see you doing a lot of cooking lately, what's my girl up to? She's at a horse show this weekend so I'm just spending time cooking. We'll probably see Cindy at the Fiery Foods show in Albuqurque at the end of Feb, I'll let her know. Look what you started by bringing that to Eggtoberfest! -RP
