It has been raining here in Northern California for a week now. I decided to not be such a wimp and egg in the rain, in which I did. Today, It has been dry all day and I decided to fire up some ribeyes. As I was getting the dome temperature up to standards of atomic temperature, I closed the lid and went inside to get the steaks ready. When I came back out to check the temperature, the dome was wet in which it looked like it was sweating. Keep in mind, it was not raining all day. Is this normal?
Thanx in advance
BTW...might as well put my plug in. I cooked some bison burgers yesterday. Very good and juicy:
Picture does no justice.

This is normal. The ceramic will sweat if it has absorbed some moisture and you get it really hot. Nothing to worry about.
That Tatonka Burger looks amazing!! Dang, hungry AGAIN.
Cheers,

Wet inside or wet outside?
Was the ceramic cover on the top vent during the cook?
