Thanks to all the replys to do with the salmon stakes. Trex the T bone at 650 degrees for 1 1/4 min. a side. Let rest 20 min and cooled Egg down to 400 degrees. Cooked salmon 4 min. a side at 400 while stake was resting. Then cooked T bone another 3 1/2 min per side at 400. Maranated salmon in 1 table spns soy, 1 table spns worstershire, 1/2 teaspn of lemon juice, add some garlic and ginger and 1/2oz Wild Turkey (good for what ales ya.) Stake was perfect. Salmon needed 3 min. a side but still good. Nasty night. 31 Degrees and rain. Getting up at 2:15 for last week end duck season. Got to finnish filling up the freezer! Note icesickells on shed roof.

I bet you'd have to drive a good long time before you'd find another house that eats as well as yours, JL. Looks great.

Good deal with the salmon--glad to see that you had good feedback on how to cook the fish. Happy hunting tomorrow!
