Today is the birthday of Robert Burns', Scotish Poet Laureate and author of Auld Lang Syne. A traditional dinner at a Burns night includes haggis, tatties (potatoes), and neeps (turnips) with plenty of whiskey and entertaining speeches. Pull out your favorite and toast the poet - Im passing on the Haggis, a sausage made from everything but the baaaaa from a sheep and stuffed in a sheeps bladder
