This was one of my favorite cooks yet. Very simple to do and so many ways to jazz it up. We'll be making this one again soon. Put half in a vacuum saver bag to freeze. With the wife due in 6 weeks we've been cooking extra and freezing for some quick, good dinners at a later date.[p]Mark
