This was one of my favorite cooks yet. Very simple to do and so many ways to jazz it up. We'll be making this one again soon. Put half in a vacuum saver bag to freeze. With the wife due in 6 weeks we've been cooking extra and freezing for some quick, good dinners at a later date.[p]Mark

Big Daddy,
I wish we had Pergo floor. I've been steamed all weekend because our kitchen floor seems to be sagging on one side. Might have to fix/replace the subfloor. If that's the case we'll be getting some Pergo flooring put in as well as some nice counter tops.

I put a Pergo floor in my kitchen and dining area about 10 years ago. Great Stuff!!!
It was a little labor intensive with all the gluing, etc. but now they have the non glue interlocking joints.
Either way it's worth the cost and work to install.
