    vegas slim,
I cooked a 3# corned brisket for about (1& 1 /2 hrs. @ 275°[p] then put it in a Dutch Oven, in the egg with water onion and celery.[p]It came out great,

New Bob,mmmm i wonder if i drive really fast towards the south in the direction of arizona if there would be any left!! thanks for the reply bob

  • Have smoked corned beef brisket a few times.[p]I use a combination of the seasonings that come with it plus BGE rub and brown sugar. Usually smoke it at 225 until the polder reads 180.[p]The only problem(?)is that it tastes more like pastrami than corned beef. But I'm from Brooklyn and I gotta tell you it was pretty good pastrami, even by New York standards!
