Vegas Slim:[p]Pre-cooked? If so, warm to an internal of 160º with a dome of 250º or so. I do mine direct and add some chips for smoke.

Vegas Slim,
I agree with djm... except for the temps. Internal - 135º or so should be fine since it's precooked. Dome Temp - 300º - 325º. If you cook it at higher dome temps, it tends to blacken. Tastes the same but curb appeal is lost. The idea is to warm it through. I have yet to find a more consistantly good ham better than Smithfields.[p]I'll bet there will be several posts after this with more creative ideas. Good luck.

Andy:[p]You are right, just looked at one in the freezer and it says 140º internal. What the Hell was I thinking? 160º would be too dry![p]By the way, getting ready to pull that boneless shrimp stuffed chicken off the grill . . .

Vegas Slim, below is a link I came across yesterday. Don't remember on which forum I saw it, but I saved it.

djm5x9,
Alright pal, I don't know who you are but we don't take kindly around here to people using other peoples handles. djm5x9 would never admit to someone else being right. Who are you? [p]How'd that chicken turn out? [p]
-
Andy:[p]The chicken was excellent! We liked the rice stuffing, but could have used more shrimp. Next time I think I will stick with sausage stuffing.[p]Gonna grill the stuffed rabbit and pork chops this evening. I will let you know how it goes.

djm5x9,
Would you at least remove the dog tags before grilling?
