It's like falling off a bar stool....nothing's easier.
1. Upload your pics to Photobucket or other photo hosting site. You can create an account for free and it's easy to use.
2. Under the Photobucket photo you want to post here, click on the "Direct Link" code to copy it to your clipboard.
3. In the message space, click on the "Img" button. The html code html tag.
6. Hit "Submit!! -
it's much easier to just copy the "IMG Code" line from Photobucket and past it in the message part of this forum. you can post multiple pix that way. they do not show up on preview, but they show up once you post the message.
-
It's pretty easy once you do it a few times. Sign up for a free account here. http://photobucket.com/ Then download your pictures there. Once you pictures are stored then you will see a list of different "codes" below the photos left click on the IMG Code and it will automatically copy it for you. Paste that img code in the body of your message and you are done.
You can type before and after the link for the photo and everything will still work. You can even add more than one photo. Just go back to PB and repeat.
I hit the enter button to paste my photos to a new line. If you don't then you post will look like this -
Good point...mea culpa. What Rick said, and does he ever know pictures.
-
Oh, that's what I was doing. Ifigured since it did not show up in the preview it would not post.
Thanks to everyone!!!!!!!.
Will try again later -
Hey Jake, if you resize your photos to no larger than 800x600 then those of us who use Wide View will be able to see your photos. Any larger and they will just show up as address.
I look forward to seeing your shots!

yes, yes, yes!
i was going to add that part, but i knew you'd be along soon to say it! :woohoo:
no reason to post an image larger than 800 pixels wide anyways, imo -
what dem green tings? :silly:
-
I like to think of them as baby cabbages. Although they taste like, a little slice of heaven, to me.

Big pictures are fun on this big monitor but I agree, may as well resize them for all to see.....
Hey, what you got cooking today? -
hmmmmm... what am i cooking today... very good question.
i have a brisket flat and 5 pounds of cheese in the fridge and crab legs and shrimp in the freezer. and it's freakin cold here, going down to 6 tonight, so i'm not sure yet.
i might just stay warm and gnaw on that hunk of cheese :P -
